I placed a delivery order via their website a little afternoon. While expected a slower deliver due to the lunch rush, but my order took 2 hours. During that time I tried calling, and was never able to connect with the store. When the driver arrived, he told me that they ran out bread, and that their phones didn’t work. I had the worst experience with the service at this restaurant. They failed to deliver my food at the promised time, and when I tried to follow up, no one answered the phone for 40 minutes after I was told my order was ready. Frustrated, I drove to the location only to find my order just sitting on the counter. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was only able to reach an assistant manager who wouldn’t provide the contact information for a real supervisor or corporate office to help resolve my issue. Additionally, I had previously requested a cancellation of an earlier order during the week due to a lack of drivers, but I still haven't received my refund for that order. This has been a complete waste of my time and money. I will never order from this place again; I feel disrespected and thoroughly disappointed.

Out of straws, manager got very disrespectful to me when I suggested they take petty cash and buy them from GFS cause they've been out the last 2 times I took family there. I asked for the owners contact number she told me no you can't have it then proceeded to tell me if I don't like it don't come back, her employees looked shocked at me, I've never been back, contacted corporate they said they would pass info to franchise owner which of course I got no response. I've been a chef for 37 years i would have never disrespected someone paying their hard earned cash at my establishment. I now drive farther to another JJ's
