Feedback gevenThis was my first and last time visiting this restaurant. I had read the other reviews and decided to give it a try. The service was okay, but I was very disappointed with the food. I ordered the chicken with vegetables, but only received fried rice with no soy sauce or seasoning. The vegetables were bland and undercooked, lacking any salt or pepper. The service was fast, but my food was left on a table without any sauces. In the end, I felt like I wasted $13. I'm sure some people enjoy this place as it has been around for years, but it's just not for me. I won't be returning.
If they are picky about chicken quality, go here and pick up the chicken pad thai. it's the best I found. I'm going through town to eat it. they use white meat that is very well trimmed. it is delicate and tasteful. never cooked. Moreover, their tamponthai sauce is addicted and the sweet is always crisp and fresh. skip the crabs ringoon unless they like it super sweet - it has sugar crystals on the outside.
If I couldn't give a star, I would. what was earlier a very nice stop for the Chinese trade fair, has turned into something I cannot describe. it was for dinner with my mother who had already eaten and wanted only one egg roll, I ordered a deer and egg roll, waiter said there was a 10 dollar minimum per person. said there were the rules that were not posted anywhere. I went out, don't go back.
That is a terrible experience. I've been a long-term faithful parade for over 25 years. today my daughter and I settled down and ordered. our order was about 17.00 for two. very rude kellner screamed to us that it must be over 10.00 per person or we cannot eat in rudest experience yet in a restaurant. not sure how they can expect to stay in business or if they are closed. I wouldn't give stars if I could * and another person I won't go to lulus nudel anymore. a fave when I'm almost 20 years old. an older man tried to order a march soup and a side tear, and the dame kicked him out. he never argued. only left. He said this is all he wanted for the moment. She said they're just $4.50! he left. I was shocked. I wish I had added my order, but he wanted to get out. After waiting for 15 minutes for someone to come by. she took his command, then came back to take it again. I guess she wanted to answer another one. terrible! he asked if the sommee was with knödeln, so he was not familiar with what to order?
After being loyal customers for many years, we will not be returning to Lulu's due to poor customer service from the new ownership. During a recent visit, my parents stopped by for a late lunch and decided to order soup and egg rolls for a light dinner. However, they were told by the male owner that they did not order enough to meet the supposed $10 minimum per person for dining in, which was not posted anywhere. My parents were shocked and disappointed by this policy. When my mom called to express her disappointment, the owner pretended not to hear her and hung up on her. This experience has led us to say goodbye to Lulu's, despite the great food, as the customer service is lacking under the new ownership. Very disappointing.
