Mcdonald's - Cincinnati

I had to return to fix my order and there was a young child running around, perhaps helping out. The music was too loud and the nuggets were stale. I would give it 2 stars only because the staff was friendly.

The wait at the drive-thru was long. The staff who gave me my drinks did not provide a carrier, did not smile, and did not say thanks. They seemed bothered when I asked for a carrier and didn't even wish me a good night.

The restaurant was clean, but had a strong grassy smell. When I inquired, they explained it was due to a sewage backup. The ice cream I had was exceptional. However, the chicken and cheese biscuit seemed undercooked. I would consider returning, but I hope they add new items to their menu.

The staff was friendly and helpful. they answered my questions patiently. the food was good. had caramel hot chocolate. that was better than usual with mcdonald’s.

Place was horrible gave my food to someone else then realized it was wrong and 5 minutes later took it back from them and tried to give it to me after it was already inside and people had been in my food. Very unprofessional and manager was going to try to give me same food until I made them remake it.
