Feedback gevenI gave up an order. paid with card. pizzahütte says they had not received my order. my card was charged plus an additional $9. I'll call her. they are unclear and just say that they have not received my order. they have no idea how to get my money back or eat that I have ordered and paid for. No one can help. I had to go through my bank to get the money back. this place was once great. Now it seems as though some shady practices continue.
They refused to deliver to my address because someone else who lived here caused problems.
St. bernard pizza hat, was okay. the crust was great around the edges, crunchy and crispy, but the center was still like teig and the beats were not cooked enough. only one person worked when I took the order, she cooked, sacked and took all orders. I'm sorry for her, she needed more help than anywhere else.
A medium pizza and pizza melt meat lovers by door dash from this restaurant, instead of my pizza melt received regular broth sticks. When I called the restaurant, it came to the pizza hat in St.Bernard, the worker said that she could not do anything because it was through the door that was, I would have to go through her, though she made the food. that would not compensate for anything due to the amount of order. very disappointing, almost $25 and the load to spend that has made her eat and gave the binder the food has done nothing even if they tell them they have received. will not be absolutely no consideration, money wasted and bad customer service again. I do not normally do any reviews, but if they spend their last on something and they are not for a refund only for a credit for what they have ordered and they will not absolutely do everything is sad.
So apparently if you live 12 minutes away they won’t deliver to you. Either that or there’s another reason they won’t deliver to Clifton.
