Skyline Chili - Cincinnati

I absolutely love the Skyline in Finneytown! The staff is fantastic and welcoming, and the food is consistently delicious!

Absolutely awful! My cheesecake looked like it was stale. They put watery coney sauce on my hot dogs, making them inedible because the buns were soggy. The lady handed me a drink with soda spilling down the side and no straw. Disappointing experience overall. Date: 8/11/24, 6:40 PM.

Before anyone suggests that I should have called to complain, let me explain why I didn't: I didn't want to say anything harsh. They messed up, but I believe they don’t deserve to be yelled at. So, I’m sharing my thoughts here instead. One last thing—please do better next time! Thank you, and have a great day!

Since it was getting late and this location is open a bit later, we decided to hit up their drive through. However, there were several issues when ordering and staff was very confused on the modifications for one order (a chilito with beans added). They finally seemed to understand, and there were a couple beans inside the chilito. The other item was a coney bowl....however there was NO CHEESE in the coney bowl (no side of cheese to be found either). Just luke warm hot dogs in Chili. I also requested mustard and onions but those were also missing. Side of French fries were soggy, overcooked and lukewarm. Luckily this wasn't my first time trying Skyline. We live out of state and it was unfortunate that it tastes better from a can back at home.

Today, my so called chili burrito tasted like baby food. It was basically a tortilla smothered in bagged lettuce and sour cream. Little to no chili.
