Fresh, made to order Belgium waffles, lots of incredible food and refreshing drinks! I love desserts, so this is a great place to bring your family or hang out with friends. The staff was attentive. If your in this area, then come check them out…ChowChow Time!!
Went here for my 25th birthday to try something new. The food was really good and the waitress was nice and happy to make recommendations. She convinced me to try the chicken and waffles, and I am so glad I did! The only thing I would’ve done different was skip the pretzel appetizer because it was a bit pricey and didn’t last long. Got a bit of sticker shock at the end…including the “supply chain surcharge” of 8%…but for my birthday, I think it was worth it : Thanks for the awesome meal!
Leslie Knope and Ron Swanson said it best, “Why would anybody ever eat anything besides breakfast food?” “People are idiots.” At Taste of Belgium, you can have breakfast all day in the form of waffles. These waffles are authentic Belgium style which means they are thick and hearty with that sweet crunchy pearl sugar vibe. The strawberries and cream is simple and perfect. I love getting it with hot chocolate for brunch or a special after-dinner treat. And for a lunch/dinner option look no further than their famous Waffle Chicken. The savory fried chicken pairs so well with the lightly sweet waffle. And the provided Ohio maple syrup and hot sauce give you that awesome sugar and spice flavor combination.
I had a great experience here. The restaurant was busy, but the waitress did a great job! She got our drinks and food order right away. I ordered the Caramel Latte with almond milk ($5.25) and the Goetta hash with chicken($15). The latte was beautifully designed and delicious. The oash was also super delicious! The restaurant was very clean and is located in a comfortable shopping center. I'll be back.
Here at a visit from Columbus and I loved it! I have the meatballs that were amazing. The sauce on them was so good that I even immersed my frits in it. The sauce with the frits was also good, very mild. My mom had the chicken and waffles. I also have a hot mocha and (like someone who only likes coffee when it tastes chocolaty) it was the best coffee drink I ever had. The portions are quite large, I wanted to get a dessert, but I couldn't eat anymore. Prices were good, food was great and I loved the decor. I hope they open one in Columbus! If I lived from one, I would probably stop a lot for coffee or desserts.
