TGI FRIDAYS - Western Hills

Like Monday July. 3rd place was quite empty seating was fast server was ok as if it was just one because it was gone for a while eating was not long, but we were served without utensils, the food was moderate. Luke hot ribs cold my husband Steak was very tuff and dry as it had been cooked before and sitting in a warm pan too long was not freshly cooked like the Friday food I had in the past the best part of the meal were the piping hot bread sticks I ordered a new flavored iced tea very disappointed was bitter tasting. total no good experience will not return

We have visited this restaurant multiple times, but our most recent visit was extremely disappointing. It seemed like they were understaffed. We had a great experience on Mother's Day, so we decided to return for Father's Day, but it was a complete letdown. There were only 1 or 2 waitresses serving the entire restaurant, the chicken dish we ordered was not as good as it was last time. We rarely saw our waitress and our drinks were never refilled. It also felt like the air conditioning was not working because it was very hot inside. I hope it was just an off day for them.

Two words: Unlimited apps. Staff is quite attentive and accommodating. Yeah, it can be loud, but I don't have any serious complaints.

Our waiter was absolutely phenomenal! A real keeper!
