Feedback gevenLet me say, I 've been to this restaurant several times and never have I ever been treated how I was tonight. Their line got backed up and I tried to use my rewards on my phone for a chocolate frosty, their machine scanner for whatever reason wouldn 't take off the frosty, and then the two black ladies that work there told me they didn 't have anymore and said SO YOU WANNA TAKE IT OFF WE GOT A LINE FORMING ... so I said No let me just get extra nuggets, I have a reward for that too ... same thing with the scanner. The little black girl who is the manager then threatened to call the cops on me because I was holding up her line with my app.. to which I got very heated. So I paid for my food, still got charged for the nuggets and lost two of my rewards? This place is trash. Get new employees. The two women that management this place are pieces of garbage.
Just waited 15 minutes at the box to order. Guy said just a moment, I eventually pulled to the window after seeing probably 10 cars just leave. No one was there so I tried going in but the door was locked. After backing up to the window a girl told me they were doing a shift change and there was only 3 people in there. I have no problem waiting for food, and get you're understaffed, but at least let me know what's going on. I would have left much earlier had I known what was going on.
This is the worst brand restaurant in the history of fast food I was at the menu signed to order my drive-thru they told me it would be a minute due to shift change after waiting 20 minutes they send someone out to tell me they're having technical difficulties granted this has happened before exact same story they send someone out who claimed to be deaf I don't know if she was or not doesn't really matter she said we're having technical difficulties you have to leave I asked her what about my spot in the line because they said pull off to the side and she literally said there's no point arguing with me I'm deaf then she of course said yeah there's always one who wants to argue I just simply asked her a question this place needs to be shut down immediately or hire someone with at least a fourth grade education
The drive through line was incredibly slow and we had to wait by the order window for a long time for someone to take our order. Then the Manager was hostile when addressing a price discrepancy from what the drive through board said and what they charged me. Then the credit card machine was not working properly so they ran several cards multiple times trying to get the machine to work. Lastly, the food ordered was dry and sloppily prepared making this a horrible experience which is what I’ve come to expect from this Wendy’s location.
Y’all… it’s fast food. Every place you go is understaffed and the workers are tired. That being said, I have no problem with this location. All workers are trying there HARDEST and at the end of the day I got my food and I’m satisfied. 5 stars for all fast food workers.
