Wendy's - Cincinnati

Wendy's is good! The food is good, the drinks are good. I just wish they'd change their menu more. Also, the employees here were pretty nice. Just thought that was worth pointing out. The manager was a little grumpy.

I went to this drive through on 3/5/22 at about 7PM. I was greeted by a very pleasant voice asking me to wait briefly. I only waited a moment and placed my order. Again, the person taking my order was incredibly pleasant and polite. At the drive through window, I met Jamie ? . I heard her take several other orders with the same energy as previously described. Then, I heard her talking to staff nearby who were also extremely polite and respectful about how they could better serve customers. I was blown away. I told Jamie how impressed I was with this experience as I was getting ready to drive away. The FIRST thing she did was turn around to the team inside and said 'it 's because of everyone here. ' I was floored by that display of leadership. Then I was briefly introduced to team members Jordan, Trayvon, and Brackers ? . All very nice, doing a great job, and truly seemed happy to be there while also having a good time. I think it is pretty rare to see this. Beyond that, food came out great and was delicious. My family loved it. 5-stars

I visited this Wendy's around 4 today and the lovely person who helped me went above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten her name, she had a visor hat with lots of pins. Please give this woman a raise or bonus or something

This wendys has a family nugget 50 count option as of posting. Great value when you want a fast meal for the park with the kids.

Update: Yesterday 5/29 was a big improvement. The lobby was open and the manager had a good atmosphere and attitude herself! 6/12: Outstanding service In the Lobby! Continued huge improvement! Bravo! Fyi the same lady manager was there. We love her!! 6/26: Outstanding service once again. One of the best ran Wendy's in the country and the best ran in Cincinnati!
