Feedback gevenThis review is for my two children who ordered Wingstop through the app, which I chose for them. Unfortunately, when we received the order, I was unable to verify it because the young lady at the door quickly handed us the bag. The wings were cold, the fries were also cold and seemed to be sitting in grease. We ordered 10 boneless pieces, but only received 8, and the drinks we paid for through the app were missing. I was unable to double-check before leaving. This experience was disappointing, and I would not even give this place one star. I plan to return the food. Despite the issues, my children still ate the meal.
I typically enjoy this restaurant and often order food from here. However, today my chicken thighs were undercooked. While accidents can happen, I did receive a refund. I just hope they pay closer attention to food safety in the future.
The food quality was good, but it had a reddish tint. Despite being told a 20-minute wait, we ended up waiting for over 40 minutes for our meal.
My order was hot, but it wasn't a connection to my desired online instruction.
Love Wingstop but they need to allow customers to sit down and wait for their order not stand that's poor customer service
