Feedback gevenThe most miserable slow staff ever Waited over 20 minutes to be served or acknowledged. Food cold and didn’t come with everything ordered. A baguette with basil had one leaf in it. The Arancini was cold. I ordered sparkling water and it was still. The staff were glum. The food was supposed to come with a bag of crisps only half of our parties did. Cutlery was thrown on the tables at us. We were served like cards were being dealt. We had 2 great weeks of service in sicilly feeling so welcome and then this what an embarrassment to the lovely hospitality shown elsewhere. Everyone was complaining. The staff couldn’t have cared less or shown any less interest. At least our flight was delayed so we had time for our order to be processed. Who ever the manager is rehire new staff.
We stopped here for a quick sandwich and was the worst mistake ever!We bought 3 sandwiches and some drinks and we sat at the table and the waitress come and said that we should have ordered from her because we need to paid for the service charge!I said we had one hour to eat before our flight.So we said we would pay the service charge to her.One of the guys who was working over the counter who served us, started shouting and said we have to get out from the tables and we said we wouldn’t mind paying the service Charge but he kept shouting for us to leave very rudely and aggressive.Our daughter was scared and couldn’t even eat her dinner in peace!So we left despite offering to pay for service charge even if they didn’t serve us!The restaurant was dirty and full of empty dishes on the tables, rubbish everywhere and they had only a lady to look after 20 tables so that is the result!The guys who work behind the counter were rude and we’re one of the worst Italian people I encountered during my holidays!I will definitely bring my own food next time I’m in Palermo airport as this is the only place to eat I definitely don’t recommend anyone to eat here.You will definitely regret it at all costs!
The staff here seriously need some proper training. They are like children and haven’t seem to have grown up and seemed to antagonise passengers. When you are dealing with passengers who have long journeys, as well as flight crew who fly regularly, often fatigued, you need to at least have some well mannered, well trained, professionalism and friendly customer service. These staff members could not seem to handle the pressure of this type of environment. I think this is the worst place I’ve visited and will try and avoid it and fly via somewhere else!
Lo sky loungebar si trova dopo aver superato i controlli per l'imbarco.Al momento dello scontrino bisogna decidere se sedersi o meno poiché è previsto un sovrapprezzo al tavolo.Buona la colazione cappuccino e cornetto .Buono e veloce il servizio, prezzi medio-alti. ️
Terrible experience.. avoid.. dirty, asked 3 times to clean my table. Told to order at the till by a waiter and then told I wasn’t to eat at the table as I ordered at the till. Just lies because I asked him yo do his job. Supervisor rude, ignorant and unconcerned.
