Hot and cold drinks and sizes are not properly listed. They had a photo of a sandwich on the side of the building that was not listed on the menu, but we had the order that we knew it. So overall no great experience for someone who doesn't know the menu. Beverages were not made as we ordered, but tasty. They were friendly, but they offered a pup cup (it was whipped cream with a dog bone. Our dog loved it).
I've always had great coffee experiences at this Dunn Brothers site. Especially this morning the staff was great. I went in to order my coffee, think in the early morning, so it was a busy time for her. I noticed that they drink a new butterfinger coffee Nirvana, as someone with a peanut allergy worries. So I asked the lady if my allergy was a concern, she said very kind, I will ask my manager. The manager looked busy at the time, but suddenly she gave all her attention to me and my allergy and noticed that we do not want to take chances so that they make sure that the lady who made my drink uses brand new ingredients and new gloves. I was very impressed by their reaction to my allergy and their willingness to teach for me.
I have decided to give you another attempt, as it has been past Lexington's place for about 5 years, because my beverage order is never correct. Well, it happened again my white chocolate mocha tastes like espresso and milk with absolutely no white chocolate in it. I'm not gonna be back and wasting almost $8 for a drink. It was disgusting that I threw it away.
Great coffee, good service. The best cold Braukaffee can be found.
Excellent coffee just a few bad apples in some of the baristas there at drive through I've experienced at this one particular location. Mgrs, I'd double check some of your drive through ppl that tend to take their time in service without apology.
