Adalbertos Mex Food - Citrus Heights

I really like this place. Im pretty far so I dont expect it to be perfectly warm. But the cheese wasnt even melted. It really did not taste fresh this time. Like they gave me a burrito that sat there too long before pickup. I was only bummed on the dasher because the sauce broke open in the bag. But over all still good. Cali burritos are fire.

Everything was great. The steak salad was so huge and exceeded our expectations! Also loved the torta and burritos. Also the burrito and taco combo plate... PERFECT!

I asked for green salsa only didn't get it the lettuce was half of what I usually get and drink was not extra ice a bit disappointing churro was hard

Food was so fantastic! Fresh, hot, saucy, flavorful. The chicken is plentiful. Eggs perfectly runny in Huevos Rancheros Plate. A few issues: was NO salsas in the bag (the red green salsa cups) there's no option on DoorDash to choose them OR pico! The egg was missing in the breakfast burrito, forgot to get a refund. Also the rice was UNDER the torts was all oily instead of on its own. Guacamole is meh. Still love Adalbertos!

Great food! I've tried a few things from here, and it's been above average every time. Chips for the super nachos were fresh (a lot of places use stale chips for their nachos). Would definitely recommend. The Carnitas wasn't as good as the Carne Asada (I found some gristle in the Carnitas, but other than that, it was tasty).
