I hadn't visited PJs in a while, so when I went there for lunch with my colleagues, I was very impressed by the new look, feel, and menu. I ordered the Chicken Parma and was very pleased. I also returned to PJs for drinks with my friends on a Friday afternoon and the atmosphere was lively with a lot of people. I will definitely be returning again.
Dropped in for dinner. Meals are wide, inexpensive. Schnitzel/Parmi were good. Wing were dry. Great fun place. A little loud, but was busy. List our booking, but found us a table quickly. Drinks were great, very cheap. Would go again
I made a reservation for a table for 12 on Saturday night with my friends, and we were having a great time until we were informed that we had to vacate the table because it was booked for another group. The only available option was to sit outside, which was not ideal, especially in the middle of winter. It would have been helpful to know this when I made the reservation. Next time, we will likely start and stay at King O'Malley's instead.
The decor is really cool. We loved the atmosphere. While my partner enjoyed his chicken parmigiana, I ordered the falafel burger, which wasn’t a falafel burger at all. Instead it contained a basic veggie pattie, and was pretty bland overall. Falafel is amazing, and I was looking forward to it, but was sadly disappointed.
