At first I really enjoyed this spot, but the coffee is super inconsistent, service always feels rushed, at all hours, and simply doesn’t seem to be worth going to any longer

I don't know what it is about this location specifically but every time I ask for a bagel toasted it is simply... not toasted. I have asked for double toasting, even triple, and it's barely even warm. I'm not sure if their toaster is just on the absolute lowest setting or they just don't have the patience to let it toast but everything here would be 5 stars if I could just get an actually toasted bagel!

The place to wait 20 minutes for your latte. Staff all running around but can’t keep up. 15-20 customers waiting by the register after paying. Not worth the good food.
