Subway - City of Elmira

In my area of Long Island, the subway system isn't the best, but I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! About a week ago, I visited with a friend, and a lovely girl made my sandwich. She was really friendly and even complimented my hair!

I really appreciate being able to use the app to place my order in advance, and the service is consistently excellent. My sub is always made just right!

Definitely a much more pleasant experience under new management. Staff is friendly and fast, but patient also. Store was clean and food was high quality. I recommend trying their refreshers. The watermelon cucumber is my new favorite!

The lower portions of the meal were exceptionally well-prepared and tasted fantastic. However, the woman at the counter could have had a better attitude and shown us more respect. It would have been nice if she had displayed a bit more enthusiasm in her body language. When she asked us what kind of sandwiches we wanted, she turned away from us and seemed distracted while laughing about something else. Then, when she asked if we needed anything else, it felt like she raised her voice at us. She didn’t even say hello or wish us a nice day, which was disappointing.
