Poblano's Mexican Grill Cantina

I've been going here when it was a small restaurant on the side street around the corner. Little too much vinaigrette on everything Was atop the tomato bisque and the bruschetta, not saying it wasn't still good. Our favorite is the Chicken Picatta. And slightly disappointed they no loner serve house side salad with dinner. No regular house type salad at all

Delicious, authentic Mexican food. Started with the Margarita flight. Great selections of flavors. Can even substitute for top shelf tequila. Had the Birria Tacos and a tamale. Outstanding flavor! Finished withe Beunavesa draft beer. Great Mexican Lager with a hint of lime. Service was out of this world. 100% recommend!

This is a phenomenal spot for a quick and delicious weekday lunch! We came here while on vacation, and there was no waiting for a table, our server (Courtney) was friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Their house-made nachos and salsa were fantastic, and the chicken chipotle tacos were out of this world! If we find ourselves back in Frankenmuth anytime soon, this will definitely be on our agenda! Dietary restrictions: I have severe celiac disease, and the staff were very knowledgeable about which dishes would have a risk of cross-contamination, and which would be safe. Kid-friendliness: Great kids' menu!

I have visited twice in the old location and twice in the new location. I was hoping the food would get better in the new location and I believe it still could. The chicken on the fajitas tastes like a bag of Tyson precooked and the corn shells were floppy and had no structure. I love the outdoor seating, great atmosphere on a summer evening but I think with their location they should up the prices a little and get better meats.
