Dunkin' - City of Ithaca

Always quick, accurate and friendly. Parking sucks but hey what can you do? Fastest just to go in rather than waiting in the drive through line!

I came in and they were training staff. I ordered my meal and the service was great. The young man at the window was so polite and attentive. I would have not even known it was his first day until I went inside because I wanted something else and theywere saying we are training today and we thank you for your patience ????

I understand they're short staffed but still rude service and almost messed up my order even though it was a mobile one. Quality not as good as other dunkin either

Fast, friendly, great coffee, this morning I stopped at this location in Ithaca and was surprised to see the most beautiful girl at the drive thru. I?m thinking about getting back to that store to find out her name.

One of my two favorite Dunkin' locations. I usually plan my trip into town around grabbing my coffee first. Despite the staffing shortage, they are always friendly and efficient in trying to get people in and out as quickly (and accurately) as possible. Ifthey have to close early there is always a sign posted long before the closing time and clearly posted for people to see. Sadwhen I can't get my coffee but it's understandable in light of the events of the last year and a half. I always see staffwearing gloves and masks which is also a comfort since they are handling food and beverages.
