Punjabi Thali - City of Knox

Not quite sure why the reviews about the service are so negative. Recent dining experience I found the service to be good, being warm and friendly and attentive enough. Water provided to the table upon sitting and food delivered reasonably promptly. Quality of food is good and ample thali provided with the meal.

Interesting Thai food that is unspoken or heard of. I enjoyed the dishes that came out of the kitchen but service was very slow. Would recommend to anyone willing to try Thai food

Me and my friends walked into restaurant about 12 am and the closing time was 1 am. They said that we can not serve right now because we r about to close. Then i showed them their closing time and they was ready to serve food on one condition that they can serve only main meals. We said ok thats fine but they was treating us that they r serving us free food. Absolutely ridiculous. One of the girl at the front was absolutely idiot and the other girls at front house was less idiot. I can't say that they was really stupid or was just pretending to be stupid. Food was really good but very disappointed about customer service.

One of the girl out of three is an absolute idiot (rest are less idiots)i have been going there for many years now no doubt food is delicious but customer service is an absolute hell attendant girls look at us every time like we are from different planetthey never greet us or say hello and never reply to our greetings i should quit going there if staff not been changed soon

We went there on friday for dinner. Really loved the food and the staff was very friendly. Its a good place for quick take away or dine in. I higly recommend everyone to go their and try there food.
