I went with friends and we had a wonderful meal. The service was excellent. The restaurant environment is likely more suited to a younger audience as we are in our late 50s/early 60s and may have appeared out of place. But as “foodies,” we couldn’t find fault with any dish. I left craving the green bean stew side dish Loubieh B’zit and weeks later was able to find a recipe that comes close…but I will have to travel to London again to truly satisfy my palette.
Few of us dropped by here for dinner after work and had loads of plates to share. All the food was really good and we had a good time. The service however was very uninvolved and often if you wanted to ask for a drink or something else, there was no one around for many minutes, so -1 star for that.
We aet only shawarma chicken potatoes. Very very expensive. 1 sandwich 9 pound. And not very good plus too small. Service not very kind. Atmosphere like working place.
I am going to try and use words that won 't be censored by Tripadvisor, but this one of the worst dinners I have ever had in my life. Sure, you can serve bad, reheated, not fresh, poor quality, disgracefully 'cooked ', but you can 't charge £50 for such a shame of food quality. You should be ashamed of your business. You can 't charge £12.50 for a stew (used in all other plates, made with POOR ingredients and definitely NOT FRESH) with a few sad green beans floating in it. The sauces and the starter smelled of food that was off. Disgraceful. Avoid this place, nothing to do with real good Lebanese food.
