Bella Italia Wellington Street

Was very disappointed when we ate at this restaurant. We went on a Sunday lunch, before watching a play. Naturally, the resto was full. We have been sitting there for quite some time and no one was taking our orders. The QR code ordering system was also not working. I tried to get the attention of one of the servers, while smiling. When he saw me, he left the table he was serving, approached me and said: “Lady, we do not wave in this country. We will come to you.” He then left and didn’t even take our order. That left a very bad taste in my mouth. I saw the other customers also getting the attention of the servers. But they were not told the same thing. The other servers were very nice except for that one guy, but it totally ruined the experience for me. Will I come back to this restaurant? No. The food serving was quite small too.

We found a charming restaurant near Covent Garden Market. Our group tried a variety of appetizers and main dishes, and everyone was pleased with their meals. The Beef and Wine Tortellini pasta, pizza, chicken burger, and chicken cacciatore were all devoured with nothing left on the plates.

Enjoyed a family meal on Saturday 10th February. The Set Menu was very good. The service was brilliant Anna is a brilliant server and really looked after us! The food was delicious and picked very reasonably. The drinks were good also. The Set Menu and Kids Menu are great options to have!

After a day in London and a night at the theatre, we decided to grab dinner before heading home. The restaurant was packed and the tables were squeezed close together, making it a bit challenging to move around without bumping into others. While I appreciate the need to maximize seating, it made for an uncomfortable dining experience. The waitress was friendly and helpful, pointing out the Gluten Free options on the menu. The food arrived promptly and looked great, tasting delicious too. However, the fries on the side were a bit undercooked and cold.

It really cool vibe before the theatre, shout out the waiter Guido he gave impeccable service. I wish the service was always like that.
