Cha time is a rip off Decided to order ahead on the app to save us queuing. Turned up to collect. Our drink wasn’t even being prepared since it was just 1 guy doing everything. The queue was also long. It took a good 10-15 mins before he announced quietly that they were out of bubble/balls. I had to try and butt in between people ordering to ask where our order was. He offered a different bubble option for my child’s drink Thing is we actually paid a premium for different types. Tried to contact Chatime on the app to request partial refund. Still no one has bothered to look at my chat to respond. Do not lose your money to this scam crappy chain Bubble teas are overpriced tea with jelly bits.

Best bubble tea everrrr!! Recommend the Taro Milk Tea with pearls! It’s just yummy! A very refreshing drink : and just the perfect combination on a summer day.

Warning to all their customers, DO NOT buy drinks there! Ordered a Lychee black tea and was so shocked to see that this tall, long hair, slim, male , chinese staff prepare drinks with ice that fell on the floor! Then he suddenly grab the dirty rag and rinse it before doing my drinks! The drinks taste like dirty rag after 30 mins wait! Disgusting tea shop! Reported to Westminster Council.

Haven't had bubble tea in 11 years! Chatime taste exactly like the ones in Hong Kong! It was nice! The price was reasonable, the service was great! Definitely will be going back whenever I get the chance too!
