Chayada Thai Cuisine

We have had several take aways from this cute restaurant ..they have tables out side as well as a comfortable place in doors..the take aways are always good..and I chat with the owner and the super Thai chef..who certainly knows his pat Thai..and the green chicken curry is to die for ask a little spicy...you will certainly enjoy..Prices are super reasonable..£8 a dish is a delight. Go for it. enjoy

We came to this restaurant without expecting much. Having lived in Asia and Thailand, we have a love for Thai food and were looking for something spicy when we stumbled upon this place. However, we were disappointed to find that everything we ordered was overly sweet (we are aware that some sugar is needed in Thai cooking). We ordered 5 dishes, 2 starters and 3 mains, and they all arrived together within 10 minutes, indicating how quickly and efficiently the chef works. Overall, we were not impressed and felt that it would have been better to just grab a sandwich from Pret instead. Very disappointed with our experience.

I made a reservation to take a friend out for dinner at this restaurant. I really regret not trying it out beforehand, as the experience was disappointing. The papaya salad was not fresh, with limp and discolored ingredients, and the satay looked unappetizing. Unfortunately, the main dishes were just as bad. The tofu was soggy and the beef was too tough to eat. The only redeeming feature was the deck area at the back of the restaurant, which was lovely and enjoyable on a pleasant September evening. When it started raining during our meal, the staff quickly put up a canopy so we could stay dry and continue sitting outside.

Having been told our meal would take an hour to be delivered after 2 hours it still didn’t arrive. The restaurant kept saying it was 3 minutes away etc etc. Very disappointing
