Costa Coffee

This was my second visit to the restaurant and the service was extremely poor. Despite there being more than an hour until closing time, we were not provided with plates or cutlery for the cake, or glass cups for our drinks. Additionally, the staff was rude when I requested two small chocolates and one medium, as they gave them to us haphazardly and treated us poorly.

I was feeling a bit hungry so I stopped to grab a biscuit. The service was quick and efficient, and the biscuit was delicious. I also tried the Father Christmas Gingerbread, which was a unique and tasty treat. The restaurant is a sizeable branch conveniently located just behind Oxford Circus.

The restaurant has good WiFi, but it's best to arrive early. The toasted sandwiches are delicious. Unfortunately, the coffee doesn't quite stack up to other places.

Utter cack. Too hot, only one toilet working, total shambles. They should be made to close if they don't have adequate facilities.

Slow service, never enough staff on and the ones that are take forever and seem unable to make more than 1 drink at a tine, they also don't have any concept of who ordered their drinks when making the wait even longer. My dink took so long to make that the sandwich I ordered had gone cold. When I asked the member of staff why it was so slow so said don't blame me I'm just staff, strange attitude to have from an employee working there who's job it is to make coffee. She clearly shouldn't be working with the public. Costa has really gone downhill recently, I would avoid here at all costs. Should be rated zero stars
