Domino's Pizza

I have not dined in at this Domino's location, but we frequently order delivery from here. The food quality is great and the delivery service is extremely quick and efficient. I highly recommend them for dine-in or takeout.

The customer service at this restaurant was the worst I have ever experienced, and it was coming from the supposed branch manager himself. They misunderstood my order and when I tried to correct them, they started arguing with me and accusing me of everything. I was not given a replacement pizza for the correct order I had placed, and they refused to give me a refund. There was no attempt at understanding or compromise. I told them that was it, I won't be returning.

The simple old dominos. I didn't like the hospitables here. they prefer to take their pizza and go home. also they can charge their card with a wrong carry and turn off ridiculously. keep their load slides in the eye.

Absolutely shocking behavior from this industry I've been using for years! the incident was so bad that I had to involve the police. the industry had a driver who delivered my order when he returned his customer service was terrifying, not a hallo or something. After he knocked him down in him, he said that's all. I gave him that he went on, and I said you could keep the change the purpose was that he recognized his bad service and did not deceive me from my lawful change. he turned around and forced his way into my door (literal) and said I would give it, he took the change through him on my food that I held with both hands and he went away. absolutely intimidating, unprofessional, fearsome, the thought that he was so weaken customers and he is not reported is disturbing. the industry didn't want to address it at all and said he was probably tired of a busy week how is that any customer problem!? customers only expect that drivers deliver fast food, not attack them with all their details. the police took part in this point. I just say I traveled/eat/learn/love and would never do anything bad unless it was never biased. please remain protected and use them other chains. be sure!
