Gaucho Grill Broadgate

We arrived at the restaurant with a group of six and felt the entire experience was rushed. Our waitress did not give us any breathing room, constantly pressuring us to order the next course and frequently leaning over us to clear the table. It was clear that the staff needed more training. The food itself was lackluster, consisting of steak and chips with minimal flavor that did not live up to the hype. Overall, we were very disappointed with the overpriced dining experience. What a letdown!

We made a reservation for the Gaucho Brunch at £70 per person for 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived at 2:15 and requested to push the reservation back by 15 minutes due to some of our party having taxi issues. However, we were told that the venue closed at 4:30, which was understandable. The starters were brought out quickly after we sat down, before the rest of our party arrived. Within 20 minutes of being seated, we were asked for our mains order. The steaks with eggs and chips were disappointingly thin and the quality of the food was poor. We had to send back our 'steaks' and by the time the new meals came out, we had little time left for our brunch. Dessert was also underwhelming, with small portions. The service felt rushed and we were reminded multiple times about the time limit on our table. Despite having a few drinks, we felt that the experience was not worth the price we paid. Although one meal was removed from our bill, we would have preferred a better dining experience. Overall, we were disappointed with the quality and rushed nature of the meal, especially considering this was supposed to be our works Christmas meal. This was not reflective of the usual standard of service in the hospitality industry.

Amazing service from the outset. Rosie our waitress was so welcoming and her recommendations were spot on. Particularly the desserts and wine pairing! I will be booking another visit very soon! Cannot speak highly enough of the whole experience!

We had a wonderful evening at this restaurant, enjoying delicious steak and wine. Our host Rosie made the experience even better with her attentive service and assistance in choosing our food and wine. We would definitely return, as long as Rosie is our waitress. It was a brilliant experience overall.

I truly rate this experience 5/5 Katerina was a lovely waitress and facilitated all our requests no dramas. The food and drinks were out quickly every time with quality aswell. Highly recommended.
