This Spanish tapas bar restaurant proved a real gem of a find in Pimlico – granted, a friend that accompanied us on the day actually recommended it, having been there before. And it did not disappoint – with a wide menu selection offering too many delicious tasty, authentic dishes, with some of my ‘favourites’ being Albondigas (meatballs in a red wine tomato sauce), Tortilla Espanola (Spanish omelette), Chorizo al Vino (Spanish sausage cooked in red wine), Pollo a la Mostaza (Chicken in mustard sauce), and Patatas Bravas (Potatoes with spice tomato sauce), to name a few. Attentive, efficient staff on hand, with both indoor outdoor seating available. I’d go back without a doubt! Highly recommended.
Went for lunch on a Wednesday- restaurant full even then-great tapas menu-must be, the table next to us were Spanish (but yes, the food was tasty and plentiful. I had padron peppers, anchovies and squid- more than enough for me and the other half had chicken and rice, chorizo in wine and bean casserole- too much for him! It was serves promptly, piping hot and well presented.
Some excellent dishes, not evrithing. The pace was good. The food is come so late , and the staff is not kind.
Cosy restaurant near my hotel. I ordered a milanese beef with vegetables and it was great! Also I had a glass of sangria. The staff was very friendly.
