International Bar Restaurant

I can't believe that OpenTable allowed me to book a reservation at a restaurant that was closed. This is unacceptable and I will not be using OpenTable again.

Open Table, you are unreliable! The restaurant was closed on July 22nd. Why didn't you inform me? I kept receiving reminders up until the day before my reservation. This is completely disorganized!

This restaurant has been closed since July, but it seems that many people are not aware of this. OpenTable should also update their information. No pre-show memory is not up to par.

Open Table has recently updated their database to reflect that this restaurant has been closed for months and is no longer accepting reservations. Unfortunately, customers may be disappointed to arrive and find that the restaurant no longer exists.

The American Bar closed permanently last July. I made my reservation last March. Unfortunately, it seems that Open Table has not been informed. The Colesium Theatre (in which the American Bar was sited) did not bother to let me or other people know. I only found out 2 days before we were due there because I looked online to see what their menu was now. When I couldn’t find one, I phoned the Theatre. Poor service by the Colesium but I feel Open Table should be checking on the venues they list as well. There were people in the audience who had travelled a long way and arrived to find their dinner venue was closed leaving them frantically looking for somewhere to get in on a Friday evening in an area that they didn’t know well in poor weather.
