The bread was amazing (an olive bread) and the sandwich had lovely fresh tomato and mozzarella with pesto and olive oil! I then could not resist getting the praline eclair with my coffee. It was excellent and not too sweet which I appreciated!
Worst coffee and bargain regret of my trip. Had a very long day sight-seeing and needed a coffee before catching my ferry back to my hotel. Saw Paul's and thought it looked like a decent cafe for coffee. Ordered a cappuccino looking forward to a caffeine boost. Received a half filled, frothy cup of milk and if there was coffee in it was extremely hard to find.
Noisy, very expensive, and unable to supply a pot of cream with a coffee. £11.35 for a coffee, a dishwater cup of tea and a tiny croissant. At this location this venue could have been so much more-it's just wasted on third-rate delivery and pretentious offerings.
Ridiculous management we ask to use the toilet they refuse us. Got charged extra for dining in but no room to sit,no chocolate sprinkles go latte. After spending so much money we are disappointed. The service was poor no tissue given. The staff was on their 1st day unable to give us a good coffee. The manager was a complete idiot as he got a reason for everything refused. And place wasn't clean.
We are regular customers as we live close by. It used to be great in here. Now the majority of staff are useless, the service is slow. Nobody seems to be in charge. A real case of disinterested blind leading the blind. Paul management you must be seeing a decline in your figures, please sort it out.
