Pret A Manger

Not too expensive way of having a snack and grab a coffee in the center of London. Fresh vegetables.

A jolly good snack/sandwich lunch. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Always good quality at good prices.

Service was not great. Not friendly at all. Take away only post-lockdown COVID-19. Very limited products available Sunday afternoon. I just had the melon and blueberry fruit pot which was refreshing and nice.

The worst attitude today .I got to till .Server Doriane ushered me forward with a nod ,then promptly left me to re stock coffee machine without telling me .I asked another girl to help me ,she couldn't because she did not have some sort of key for till .Original server looked at me and said I will be a minute .She marched back and said what is wrong with you are you in a hurry .I said of course I am in a hurry I have to go to work .The place was busy and people next to me heard .I was so upset and angry .I told the Manager what had happened .He said he would tell her .She also had a problem with the customer before as she couldn't work out how to put the food and coffee in the same bag correctly .The customer had to do it herself and stormed out .22 years of popping to to that pret before work and I have never been spoken to like that .I am in service industry and know how to treat people .

This chain of eatery is actually at every tourist place in London...its a wonderful choice for vegetarian...they have soups...sandwiches..tea ..coffee..and not to forget the delicious n super tasty chips of beetroot..carrot n..parsnip..The ambience is superb..the staff is v helpful n courteous...Try the Falafel its v tasty...This place is definately value for money....By the way...u do get non veg dishes too...so its good for them too....
