They should make an effort to improve this few issues.
I was close to Marble Arch and wanted a nice place to have dinner. Walked down to Saffron. It was lovely and warm. Staff were friendly. I got hummus and bread for my starter. The bread was a little thin and crunchy for my liking. The main was lovely, it was a chicken shish (a variation of the Turkish shish). I would have liked to have had homemade chilli sauce or salsa but instead they bottles of hot sauce. If you’re around Edgware Road then I would recommend this place. Prices are a bit higher than some of the other places offering the same food but it’s just about within reason. Lastly, there is a 15% service charge.
One of the only Iranian (Persian)/Iraqi restaurants I visited in london. the interieur is nothing special and looks like any ordinary restaurant. eating is however of a good standard. I tried their spicy sausages as an appetizer, something I didn't see elsewhere. it was delicious! but the part was much smaller than I expected. the chelo jooje kebab from the bone, which in the ground grilled marinated chicken breast and rice is exceptionally beautiful. the service was not great, but if the prices were somewhat lower, I would try again.
The food was delicious. I ordered shish tawook, bread, and Iranian kebab with rice The service is great and organized Thanks
I ordered a couscous, but unfortunately the meat was reheated because it was cold in the freezer, as was the rice
