Atlantica - City of Long Beach

A lovely location. Unfortunately still very unorganized, like the last two times I dined here in 2022 and 2023). With no competition close by, it is not clear why Atlantica is so inefficient and unorganized, as is the Rooftop pool restaurant.

Horrible horrible horrible service We walked out after 20 minutes of no one taking our order Dirty silver wear and glasses Hostess smudged dirty table food and dressing all over wiping it up on the placemats and then sat us Didn't even give us new stuff

Beautiful inside, facing out onto the boardwalk and the Ocean. Fun people-watching while relaxing inside. Service was attentive, and food was beautifully plated, and generous. The cold seafood appetizer plate for 2 was worth every cent, and the whole fish entree big enough to share. We enjoyed the experience.

On the website was reported as closed for lunch, then we called the phone number, and over the phone they said closed for lunch, since we were passing by by car we saw people seated outside, and it was open!!! well, we went in and enjoyed the lunch, it is a nice space, was relaxing, and overall good. Only I would like a better lunch menu.

You stupidly accepted my reservation for a time that the restaurant was closed. This is not a review of the restaurant. Instead it is a review of your website that allowed this to happen which wasted our time and ruined our evening when we got to the restaurant and found it to be not open. A subsequent check of the restaurant's website showed they properly listed their hours. Shame on you. From now on I will have to independently check restaurant hours.
