The second completely disappointing Redstone experience in the last two months. Not sure if the server had too many tables, but the patio appeared to be slow, and the service was terrible. Had to ask multiple times for items. I asked about the BBQ meatloaf before ordering and was told it was top seller. I was like shoe leather. Ate 3 bites of the meatloaf and the mashed potatoes and left the rest untouched until the table was cleared. Never once did the server ask how the food was or if she could get me something else. Never saw a manager on the patio in the 95 minutes we were there either. Can honestly say that Redstone has been added to our DNR (do not repeat) list due to poor service and food execution.
Service was wonderful! But ordered a side of asparagus for 11 dollars and received 5 of the most pathetic looking asparagus ever. Not worth 11 dollars. Otherwise everything was good.
I always have nothing to say but great things about Redstone. However, our experience was super disappointing on the patio especially for the amount of money you spend. Our drinks were tipped over w the weather, our server was also the bartender. Not a thing you should be doing because she has to be serving everyone so always delayed. Food was served cold so you knew it had been sitting.
Ordered the simple fish: came out overcooked, grey, and rubbery. Had to be taken back and exchanged for ribs. Ribs were good, but fries were lukewarm and the cole slaw was too acidic. Our server was excellent and tried her best. Basically, Redstone is overpriced based upon the quality of food it serves.
