Cheese Grille - City of New York

I received the wrong order, and honestly, I can make a better grilled cheese sandwich at home. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The grilled cheese was the worst I've ever had; it reminded me of something from a school lunch. It was excessively buttery. However, the soup was quite good.

The grilled cheese was the worst I've ever tasted; it was inedible. I feel like it was a waste of money.

After I made my payment, I noticed on my receipt that I was charged a 5% inflation fee. I didn't see any mention of this fee beforehand. Instead of being transparent and raising their prices accordingly, they added an extra charge without informing me.

When I saw the restaurant in the mall I didn't know what to expect but the buffalo Mac and cheese was great and then the nachos were amazing.The fries were also nice and crispy.Definitely will come back again !
