The customer service at Peters Deli is way better but other than that the sandwiches here are very good. The only thing I would say I don't like is that you can't see the kitchen which is worrying, I don't think the place is dirty, but it's nice when you can see the kitchen to confirm if it's clean or not. Other items are pretty overpriced like candies and what not.
This is a small, locally-owned family restaurant. The service is great, and they offer a nice variety of options. The sandwiches are quite tasty!
This is a solid family-owned deli. The middle-aged guy behind the counter can come off as a bit standoffish, but it’s not a major issue. While the customer service at Peters Deli is noticeably better, the sandwiches here are quite tasty. One concern I have is that the kitchen isn't visible, which can be a bit worrying. I don’t believe the place is dirty, but being able to see the kitchen would provide some reassurance about cleanliness. Additionally, some items, like candies and snacks, feel a bit overpriced.
The middle-aged man behind the counter was unfriendly and rude during my last visit. I would rather go to the deli a few blocks further up College Point Boulevard or the best deli in the area, Famous Gold Tim’s. I recommend skipping this place.
Not bad.
