Liquid sugarcane is supposed to be a liquid sweetener, but every time I request it, they end up putting regular sugar instead, which just settles at the bottom. I won't be giving this place my business anymore. When I tried to explain the mix-up, they messed up my order again and insisted that I asked for sugar. No one says "3 pumps of liquid sugarcane" and actually means regular sugar. On top of that, I ordered the bagel bites, and they were still frozen! I recommend ordering here at your own risk!

Every café I visit, they always add heavy cream or milk to my coffee. I really don’t understand why they do this—who wants hot chocolate instead?

The donuts are always fresh, and they also offer coffee, which I don't drink. However, they do have hot chocolate available in various sizes.

Got one scoop of ice cream in a cup and the guy charged me for two scoops. Check your receipts these people are thieves!

The employees' attitudes and the subpar service have made this my last visit to the restaurant. And seriously, charging 38 cents for a bag to carry my food? That's outrageous. Food rating: 1/5.
