Ive ordered from them a number of times to give them chances and it results in the same way everytime they either forget an item take an extended period of time making the lightest order or in my most common cases refuse to make the food if its seems like it too much not cant blame doordash bit I will defend blame them not only was the food made and picked up but once I checked again the order was canceled because the store is CLOSED explanation is greatly need if you open at 9am-10pm its 6:18 the customer service is terrible and they are absolutely lazy and digusting for working in this kind a manner

4 stars is majority for the quality of the ingredients going into their food orders. For the most part all of the guys do a great job on the grill and even more of a plus is that they pay attention and remember what you order. I've never gotten an order with missing ingredients and I've been in here more times than yelp can count. They've got a robust menu and it seems that they've typically got all the ingredients advertised to make any of their sandwiches/paninis etc. Ok the grocery side, the produce appears pretty fresh. Groceries, snacks, etc are sometimes a little bit higher than I'd agree with but that's typical for bodegas...there's a grocery store a block away if you want to attempt to fare better on that end.

Probably the best Reuben I ever had. And I really like Reubens.
