4 stars only because they substituted things without notice but the foam berry tea with white pearls is super good and the red bean pastry is tasty

This location is the worst. The drinks are always wrong and taste awful. I only order from the Queens Blvd Location.

Delicious. Got it with white boba for added texture. 100% sweetness to add balance otherwise it tastes too bland

Again with this crazy amount of bubbles. The last time I ordered it was 80% bubble and hardly any tea. I thought it was just a one off thing so I gave it another try today. Again little tea and ridiculous pile of bubbles. Never ordering again.

There's hardly any tea. It's all bubble.
