Overall, it was a decent experience, but we did feel quite rushed towards the end. As soon as we set down our chopsticks, our table was cleared, and the check arrived just moments later. It wasn't particularly busy, so I'm not sure why the hurry.
The food was really tasty, and the service was outstanding! The waitstaff was very attentive. The atmosphere and the view of the surrounding area added to the overall experience.
This restaurant offers a delightful mix of Asian dishes. The sushi was enjoyable, but the beef with asparagus truly stood out—it was outstanding! Carnivores will definitely appreciate this flavorful dish. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. The interior dining area is pleasant, and the service was quite prompt. The owner was a pleasure to chat with and was very welcoming.
We came here on a Friday evening and promptly got seated. The hostess was courteous and waiter was okay. The food is a bit overpriced for me but I think it?s mostly due to the area and location of the restaurant. We sat outside but could tell thatit?s a very nice Chinese restaurant. We ordered the beef skewer and lycee calamari which were pretty good. Would haveappreciated more for the price. For entree we got the orange beef and seafood crispy noodles which were both pretty good.Overall I?d recommend it but if you?re expecting Chinatown or Flushing Chinese food at the same prices, this isn?t it. It?sdefinitely more upscale and the prices are higher but not ridiculous.
Pretty disappointed. As an Asian who has done my fair share of hopping in similar Asian fusion restaurants, this place is clearly only good for their view, location, and ambiance. Presentation was great; execution, flavor, texture was verydisappointing. Especially for the price of each dish. All the dishes had a squishy consistency like it wasn?t really meat. Thechicken was squishy like tofu or fat, the pork chop was not firm. The only good dish we liked was the popcorn beef which you canget in Joe?s Shanghai or The Bao but compared to the aforementioned restaurants, the flavor here was a little more bland but theconsistency was good.
