Went on June 9th at 1 p.m. and the employees were talking about how if anything is over $6, no one leaves a tip, right in front of all of us waiting for our drinks. Talking like that should get you guys fired, not tipped. What that definitely does give you is a bad review and advice to my entire company not to give money let alone tips to this establishment. Thanks for nothing folks.
I visited the restaurant at 6:55 AM on June 4, 2023, but it was closed despite the listed opening hours indicating it should be open at 6 AM. The staff also overlooked me as I attempted to enter.
As someone who prefers to initiate interactions rather than engage in forced conversations, I found the constant greetings every few seconds to be quite off-putting. It felt overly robotic and artificial, especially since I was trying to focus on my work in the store. Has management forgotten about basic manners and common sense? Not everyone appreciates being spoken to; some of us prefer to keep to ourselves. The approach came off as intrusive and pushy, and it's unsettling to think that employees are being pressured to behave this way. It's important to recognize that some individuals experience social anxiety and may simply not want to engage. Implementing such forced interactions in a business setting is simply unreasonable.
Not good. Only starbux in the city that keeps Temps below 0 degrees. No one wants to sit inside to drink. People here complaining. Workers said yhat it must stay that insanely cold for the expresso machines. 4 people left.
