Feedback gevenI was very disappointed with my experience at this Subway. I ordered through the Subway app for pickup, only to find the store closed when I arrived. The next day, when I called for a resolution, they suggested I dispute the charge through my bank to get my money back. I would recommend avoiding this location if possible.
Upon entering, my first impression was witnessing an employee engaged in a heated argument with a customer. My second observation was that the employee wasn't wearing a mask or gloves. Really? During the Covid pandemic and while interacting with the public? That's unacceptable! I left immediately and have no intention of returning. Where is the health department when you need them?
Terrible service. Do they not provide any training in customer service? I understand if English isn't your first language, but basic manners and courtesy are essential. It's important to greet customers as they enter the restaurant, acknowledge new arrivals, and let them know you'll assist them as soon as possible. Additionally, please wear a hair net, gloves, and a mask since you're working with food and the public. Dear Subway, please consider retraining your staff.
I bought a sandwich today and the guy there refused to let me use the restroom. He lied to me that the bathroom is not working, actually I saw him using it. I will be informing the Health department about it, what they are doing is illegal.
Very poor customer service. Didn't even make the sandwich properly. Was trying to kick us out of the store. I love the subway but never buying a sandwich from here.
