Tropical Grill - City of New York

I've  been to this restaurant many times even though I live in upstate NY. I was born and raised in the area so sometimes on my way home from work work in the Bronx) I will stop by there. There prices are the cheapest I've come across and they give you a lot. I always get multiple orders to bring home for the family. Usually its pernil roasted pork), and rotisserie chicken. I used to get the beef stew but I think they stopped selling it. They haven't had it the last few times I was there. There also one of the few restaurants where I can order black beans. Everything is always fantastic. You will not regret going here.  Oh yeah and I always get at least two empanadas. Those are delicious too . A bit greasy, but very good, and there not cheap with the filling in the empanadas, like many other places I've tried.

Really good Cuban place. This place was really busy, but the food is great at a very good price!

This is definitely one of the best spanish restaurants in Harlem...

Amazing Rotisserie Chicken. Great service here but the story for me is very very moist chicken. And the taste is unbelievable. I was on the train half way back to Queens when I began to crave more. I got off at 59th and Lex and returned for a whole chicken to go. Good stuff.

This is an excellent restaurant, the food is superb, excellent service, reasonably priced and large portions, food is seasoned just right and the menu has so many choices, is always crowded, but the wait staff is fast and efficient, I highly recommend this place!!!
