I ordered from this place three times. The service is good and they always get my food order right but its a hit or miss when it comes to taste. The twin fusilli ambrogiano is delicious. The Caesar salad dressing was super thick, like jelly and had no flavor. Like missing an acid. The dressing was very flat tasting. The escarole en brood was ok but not bad. The bean bruschetta was ok. Wish it was a bit more saucy. The clam linguini was delicious.
Horrible. The chicken piccata was inedible. It came in a soup essentially and the only flavor was boiled lemon. The penne alla vodka sauce lacked all flavor and the chicken was far over cooked. By garlic bread, they mean overdone and somehow still soggy bread for a few large chunks of garlic thrown on top as well as some spices that I dont think would ever belong on a true garlic bread. The regular bread tasted fine, although dry, but some butter could fix that. On to dessert. The apple pie was the WORST pie Ive ever eaten. Ever. First of all, it looked like brown mush. Then when biting into it, it felt like wet sand because it was so gritty. The flavor did nothing to redeem the texture, as all I could taste was overwhelming cinnamon. But hey the cannoli was mediocre.
No seasoning. 1970s style diner Italian food. Pre-made (gnocchi) Gnocchi Bolognese. Frozen chicken cutlets used for the Chicken Parmesan and the cutlets were burned. Sauce was just SAD! Not the Librettis that I remember an used to love. Entire order went in the trash.
Nice Quiet. Wait was very attentive and food was excellent...Only negative is that the wine selection by the glass is only house wine otherwise no complaints
