Tim Hortons - City of Rochester

I've been there twice in the past week. I ordered a #9 meal AND a blueberry muffin for my kid. Both times they forgot to include the hash browns WHICH ARE PART OF THE MEAL. They charged me for it but I never got it. They said I had the muffin as the side. Not sure which part of AND A BLUEBERRY MUFFIN they can't quite understand. Will not be going back. 2 stars because the bagel is good otherwise it's be one star.

Not that the service is not good. The drinks are only made the right way- should I say properly in the am. Sadly the Tim Hortons locally doesn?t have enough employees to be open proper hours. Few times- were closed. I understand. But not good management on the stores part. But then again- I am not the manager there. Maybe I am wrong. Please have donut selection past 10am some days.

This is the worst Tim Hortons location I have ever deal with. I placed an order via App, and went inside to pick them up. I kept waiting , but never came. I asked where is my order as few people who came after me already got their order, the lady was rude and said I don?t know who is making it. I asked her can you please inquire with your coworker. But she just walked away with attitude. I was getting late for final exam and had to deal with such a worse customer service.

The hot cocoa is on the thick side (which is pleasing for this friend of all things chocolate! . I wanted another one almost immediately as it 38° today! The breakfast croissant was acceptable but not remarkable.

They never get my order right. Is it that hard? Easiest job in the world and they fail ???? Wow now, I gotta add- Feb 2019 thank you Tom Hortons for rotten lettuce on my sandwich and moldy bread on my breakfast sandwich-how did you know Id love that???????????? get it tog people. Disgusting. And,your people are super rude. Treated me as if it was my fault coming here when I approached them with this sandwich and mold. I don?t know how the girl has a job. Dalaney was her name??????????? no apology either for this all she said was I guess she didn?t see it. Whoever she is prepping meals. I got my money back,but that wasn?t the issue here. First off,How do you miss this? Honestly would you eat it? So, why is it ok to sell that to someone????? unreal. And, no manager came out whom she said was Named Nick? I will go above and beyond to corporate. No worries. The attitude that girl gave me was uncalled for. Very rude.
