Dunkin' - City of Rome

I have a new favorite at DD, it's the vanilla bean swirl. The DD on upper Black River Blvd has the nicest staff ever.

I'd recommend the one on Erie boulevard, not Black River boulevard, they are slow, orders are messed up, and they don't give you heads up on syrup that they are out of for the iced coffee ?

It took me over 10 minutes thru drive-thru just to take my order which was one large coffee.

I ordered through the app for in-store pick up this past Thursday morning. Between the mobile orders rolling in, the drive-thru line, the walk-in orders, AND the delivery truck, it was BUSY. Staff was helpful, working hard, and handling it. They were doing great. My coffees took a few minutes, but that was fine because I could see it was clearly busy and the staff was working hard to keep up. Thanks for all your hard work!!

They have good coffee served hot. Nice place to relax awhile.
