Coco Loco - City of Saginaw

We took my mother out for her favorite Mexican meal for Mother's Day. She loves tostadas, but unfortunately, these were so soggy that she couldn't even lift them. When we mentioned this to the waiter, he simply apologized and walked away without offering any solution. My sister and I ordered the patitos, and they were also soggy instead of the crispy texture we expected. I've had great experiences at the Coco Loco in Bay City with fantastic service and food. When I raised my concerns with the front desk staff, his response was, "I'm just a waiter," showing a complete lack of assistance. Overall, my family will not be returning!

The portion sizes were quite small for the price. The fajita salad was only the size of a side salad. There was no drink menu with prices, and our waiter didn't seem to know anything about the happy hour specials, which made it hard to confirm if we were getting those discounts. The house margaritas were overly sweet and lacked strength. I won't be returning.

The waitstaff was friendly, the food was served hot, there were plenty of choices, and everything was delicious!
