Every time I come during open hours per google and signs out front that state open, The doors are always locked. Usually in the middle of the day, lunch hour time. They need to update their hours.
Called little Roma’s to have food delivered to my best friends family who recently had a death in the family. I called on a Wednesday and the owner Jay told me that they only do riggies on Thursdays, ok no problem I placed an order for $120 worth of food to be delivered on that next day which would be Thursday. I notified the family food would be coming Thursday the 28th. My best friend called me and send she wanted to let me know the food never came!!!! I was shocked and embarrassed to say the least. The first thing I did was call the restaurant. The owner answered and apologized stating his delivery driver was in a bad accident and he would have it delivered the next day no charge. I was highly disappointed and also told him I was sorry about his driver. He told me it would be delivered the next day and he would take care of it. I figured being a business owner he would stand by his word. Unfortunately that was not the case the next day came and went and no food was delivered!! How unprofessional this experience was and also embarrassing when you are trying to deliver food to a grieving family and it never shows up!! I willNever order from this place again!! Awful customer service!!!
After an unexpected death in my family, my best friend who lives in Orlando Florida placed an order here to have food catered and delivered to my family. She called to inform me of this, telling me that the food was to be delivered on Thurs. April 27th at 4pm. 4pm came and went and no food arrived. I let my friend know who then contacted Jay the owner at Little Romas. He apologized and explained that his driver had been in a bad accident. Obviously this is terrible and out of his control but the food was ordered and paid for, with no call to let her know that this tragedy occurred and the food wasn't being sent. Again Jay reassured her it would be taken care of the very next day and that he personally would deliver it. The next day, no food arrived and since that day, Fri. April 28th no one has answered or returned a phone call. They never called my friend to let her know food wasn't being sent yet again and I personally tried reaching the restaurant to no avail until today, May 2nd and no one is answering still. So unprofessional and inconsiderate. Not a good way for a new business to start out and certainly a great way for a new business to close their doors. No customers, no business. And we won't be bringing our business there any time soon.. also will be passing the word along as there was no common courtesy given to the paying customer in this scenario. I highly DO NOT recommend spending your money here!
Terrible business manager. He hires people, makes them work but doesn’t pay them. He changes the prices of things throughout the day to make more money. Sells customers moldy spoiled food. I’ve seen it with my own eyes scrapped the mold spots off the sub breads and sold it to the customers like that. The manager doesn’t wear gloves ever. the fridge food isn’t temperature safe. YOU WILL GET SICK EATING THIS FOOD OR WORSE GET YOUR KIDS SICK! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY CLOSED!
