Wingstop - City of Yonkers

Went late at night with a pick-up order placed and the people closing that night were still friendly and full of energy even though I came in during the last hour of operation. Their energy and friendliness have made this location a great one!

Usually order from this location via Uber but went for the first time tonight. Good service, and compared to other locations they’re efficient for the amount of customers that come in batches. Wait? Yes but it’s chicken, you don’t want it to be raw

The food is ok can't say they are not good given the variety of different sauces and seasonings that you can get. Did i mention on the fires as well. But they do need to do a lil better when the wait time.

I want to preface this by saying that I was excited to try Wingstop and would never have expected this horrible experience. I walked into the store and waited around 10 minutes to be called to the register. Keep in mind there was nobody in front of me and about 2 people in the store sitting. One guy who had previously ordered was also experiencing some difficulties with his order because he waited for about an hour to receive the wrong order multiple times. I stood in the store witnessing the entire event while he was getting rightfully enraged. It seems as though you are being ignored when you walk in and you are a bother to the workers. Also, all the workers in the back seemed to be so busy with never-ending bundles of fries but DID NOT make my order FOR AN HOUR. If I hadn 't been looking to try Wingstop for the first time, I would have walked out by now. Even the guy who was upset said I 've been standing here for an hour why are you guys making food for people who aren 't even here!!! When they looked over at me waiting they made it seem like I was not there at all. After finally getting my food, they acted like everything was fine and not like I had just stood in their store for an hour while there was nobody else in there. 6 workers. 2 customers. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Rude! Rude! Rude! Worker literally just looking at us like we were bothering him!! Did I say rude!! RUDE! What happened to Hello! How can I help you!! Not here! Not only did we wait forever for our order, we witnessed a ton of orders made incorrectly. Everyone complaining long wait times and incorrect orders. Not sure if there is a manager here but definitely need one ASAP!! Horrible
