BORING MENU even if one of the best we found. I would suggest your look further and hope for the best. Pleasant waiter and the place seemed to be clean. Located in the center square of the town area. Do not expect much if you go there.

As a family with a vegetarian, a pescatarian, and an omnivore, we found the restaurant options in Cuetzalan to be mediocre, as compared to Puebla or Mexico City. Sole was my favorite place to eat because it actually has vegetarian options marked on the menu! I enjoyed my fish tacos, my son liked his club sandwich, and my vegetarian husband was happy with his salad. Hurray! Plus it’s a pleasant space and the staff are nice.
