Applebee's - Ciudad Victoria

I was here a few times, service is worst than the last, from a table of the hostess, I'm waiting for someone to take me to my table, they just go by and when she saw me, she just told me to wait... a moment. Place has a few customers and there are no other waiting for place! ... then nothing she did to do anything else, I had to ask someone for a table... Someone did, but all she did, 15 minutes later, someone offered me a drink and went away. You can see the waitress, in fact a bunch of people working for the restaurant, are in the back just talking and laughing, but nobody works!! And the amazing part is the responsible does nothing; do they realize that this is a restaurant and people come here for a meal and service and not to see people talking and time to work because of their lack of will? I asked for an entry and a main dish, well they brought me both at the same time, and picture attached that not the quality of food or service I ever expected from Applebee's shame...

La mesera no prestaba atencion a la orden, se le ovido varias veces lo que pediamos, no nos ofrecio ninguna promocion (siendo que a las mesas de a lado, otros meseros ofrecieron el especial del dia) y al final no nos llevo la cuenta, tuve que hablar con el capitan de meseros para poder pedirla. El tiempo de espera en general es demasiado largo, siendo que no habia muycha gente en el lugar.La comida no era muy especial, el pollo no olia muy bien y al preguntar nos dijeron que asi era el platillo. Lo unico rescatable fue la hamburguesa.

Lo mismo que cualquier applebees, pero tiene cerveza 2x1 punto bueno, jeje! Bueno para ya noche de fut y relax

Muy buen lugar para spasar un rato agradable y disfrutar una buena comida de franquicia, pero el servicio es lento, sobre todo por las mañanas, da la impresión de haber poco personal y siempre tardan mucho.
